Why you’d invest

Invest in this option if you have an investment timeframe of at least seven years or if your financial situation allows a higher level of risk.

The minimum investment timeframe is 7–10 years.

Return objective

To achieve returns after tax and fees that exceed the inflation rate by at least 4% per year (over rolling 10-year periods).

The chance of a negative annual return is 3.8 in every 20 years for super and transition to retirement accounts and 3.7 in every 20 years for full pension accounts.
