MetLife 360 Health provides virtual access to professional medical services, all from the comfort of your own home and at no extra cost to you. Awarded Best Overall Health and Wellbeing Program 20232, 360Health services include mental health support, expert medical opinion, nutrition support, fitness and recovery support. Access mental health clinicians, general practitioners (GPs) and paediatricians for general questions.

How do I access 360Health?
Simply visit the 360Health portal and select the service you’re after.
If you have already registered for 360Health, just log in to your 360Health Virtual Care app and start a service.
