Steve Crawford

Business Development Manager – Advice (VIC/TAS/SA/WA)
With over 20 years’ experience in the financial industry, Steve is a multi-award-winning professional, taking out the Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) “Industry Thought Leader of the Year” in 2018 and at his previous company, Experience Wealth Pty Ltd, scored the IFA “New Licensee of the Year” in 2017.

Steve’s extensive experience allows him to work with financial advisers to demonstrate the way CareSuper can help members make smarter and more confident decisions around their super and finances. He holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and is FChFP (Fellow Chartered Financial Practitioner) certified.

Outside of work, family and sport play a big role in Steve’s life. He coaches his son’s basketball and football teams, is a dedicated Sydney Swans fan and is looking forward to one day taking his boys to America to experience the big 4 – NBA, NFL, MLB and NHL (that’s basketball, football, baseball and hockey).

Gordon McNaught

Business Development Manager – Advice (NSW/ACT/QLD/NT)
Gordon’s drive to demonstrate how super can make a difference in the lives of Australians is backed by more than 30 years’ experience in financial services. Over this time Gordon has witnessed a lot of change, which has taught him to maintain a consistent approach and develop tailored solutions for financial adviser and member needs. Prior to joining CareSuper, Gordon was a Senior Consultant (Partner Education) at MLC Life Insurance and in 2018 was part of the contributing team at Asteron Life, which won the AFA Life Company of the Year award for “The Sophisticated Adviser” education program in the Risk Product Innovation category.

Gordon’s communication and coaching experience comes in handy, allowing him to take complex concepts and easily explain them in everyday language. He holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services.

Outside of work you can find Gordon with a guitar and singing it up at his local church. Gordon one day aims to walk the Great Wall of China and travel to Egypt to see the pyramids. He also has a rescue greyhound named Winter, and is a proud White Ribbon Community Partner.

Sarah Noach

Senior Business Development Support Specialist – National
With close to 10 years’ experience in super, Sarah understands that delivering exceptional outcomes for employers, and our members, relies heavily on one thing - relationships.

Sarah began her career in sales, working in a variety of roles before moving into a customer service role with Marsh Insurance. Since then, Sarah’s tenacity and drive has seen her work with many industry funds, most recently as an Audit Coordinator at Link Group. Her move to CareSuper was fuelled by a desire to work for an industry fund that forges close relationships with their members, and her role as Senior Business Development Support Specialist, clearly fits the bill.

Outside of work, you’ll find Sarah spending time with her partner and dogs and glued to an ice hockey match or watching Formula One. In the future, she hopes to brush up on her Dutch (she was fluent as a child) and travel across Scandinavia and the rest of Europe.
