The client partnership team are the people to speak to when it comes to your business and super. Their job is to make your life easier, so think of them as your very own super support team.

Mark Patman

Alliance Partnership and Employer Relationship Manager 
Mark began his career in superannuation working in fund administration. He has been with CareSuper for over 11 years and in the financial services industry for over 16 years. He is qualified with an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Superannuation).

Mark is passionate about member education and the industry fund ethos. He enjoys helping members understand what super has to offer.

Outside of super, Mark enjoys spending time with his young family, cooking and watching movies. Mark also has a collection of bonsai plants.

Caroline Ballard

Manager, Client & Member Relationships – Northern Region
Caroline has over 10 years’ experience in super and financial services.  She holds a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma of Financial Planning and has previously worked in the areas of financial advice and relationship management.

Caroline enjoys working with her clients to help them achieve an informed and comprehensive view of their super arrangements. She is passionate about highlighting the importance of super and enjoys seeing the real difference it makes to the lives of Australians in retirement.  

Outside of work Caroline spends time at the beach and with friends.

Adrian Sanzaro

Manager, Client and Member Relationships - Southern Region
Before joining CareSuper, Adrian spent seven years at ME in a variety of roles including Workplace Manager and Senior Consultant.

Adrian has completed RG146 training and is passionate about helping clients understand their super arrangements. As an Employer Relationship Manager he uses his skills to provide employers with the tools and education they need to make super easy.

Outside of work, Adrian enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf and snowboarding.

Emma Chambers

Member Relationship Manager – NSW
With over 7 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Emma has the knowledge to help you manage your super arrangements. Prior to joining CareSuper, she worked at TAL Life Insurance as a customer experience specialist and in business application management.

As a Member Relationship Manager, Emma is focused on fostering genuine, lasting and trustworthy relationships with those she supports. She knows your time – with her, or in front of your paperwork – is valuable. That’s why she strives to keep her answers to your questions clear, easy-to-action and importantly, far-reaching.

In her spare time, Emma enjoys the simpler things in her life. That means taking care of her three little girls and enjoying a good meal with her family.

Reda Daher

Employer Relationship Manager – NSW
Reda brings a wealth of experience to CareSuper, with over 11 years spent in financial services. Prior to CareSuper, he worked in a variety of roles including as a paraplanner and a business development manager.

Reda works alongside his clients to understand their business and what that might mean for their super needs. He is a valuable partner to CareSuper’s employers and provides them with the relevant resources and information to manage their obligations.

Outside of the office, Reda barracks for the Essendon Bombers. He’s looking forward to achieving a comfortable retirement one day in the future.

Jenny Huynh

Member Relationship Manager – NSW
With over 11 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Jenny has the knowledge to help you manage your super. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning.

As a Member Relationship Manager, Jenny cares about seeing members get on the right track for a healthy retirement. She enjoys using her knowledge of super to help members make the most of their super fund, whether that’s through their investment choice or their contribution strategies.

In her spare time, Jenny enjoys getting outside with her dogs, whether that’s going to the beach or for a nice mountain hike

Neil Kapadia

Employer Relationship Manager – NSW
Neil brings a broad range of skills and knowledge to CareSuper, with over five years’ experience in the financial industry. He has completed RG146 training and holds a Bachelor of Business in Applied Finance and Economics.

Neil is passionate about building strong relationships with employers and helping them make the most of their super arrangements. He aims to add value to your organisation by provide you with the right resources and information for your business’ super needs.

When he’s not at work, Neil can be found on a motorbike or spending time with his family. He hopes to continue leading a healthy life and aims to achieve a comfortable retirement.

Elton Morales

Member Relationship Manager – NSW
With over 17 years’ experience in superannuation, Elton’s seen how the industry has evolved to support Australians. That’s why as a Member Relationship Manager, he’s determined to help members achieve a comfortable lifestyle in retirement.

Elton holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and has the specialised knowledge to help you make sense of your finances. He aims to help members take control of their future finances, by understanding what options are available to them through their super.

He’s proud to be part of a profit-to-members fund, like CareSuper.

On the weekends Elton enjoys spending quality time with his young family.

Mathew Nguyen

Employer Relationship Manager – NSW
As an Employer Relationship Manager, Mathew strives to make super easy to understand and manage. He works closely with employers to help them make sense of their super obligations and the processes available to them.

Mathew holds a Bachelor of Business and brings a wealth of knowledge to CareSuper, with over six years’ experience in the finance industry. Prior to working at CareSuper, he was a Relationship Manager at one of the big four banks and a Corporate Actions Analyst at a large investment bank.

Outside of work, Mathew enjoys watching live sports and catching up with friends. He hopes to achieve a comfortable and stress-free retirement.

Hannah Tychsen

Member Relationship Manager – NSW
Hannah knows just how valuable trust is in any relationship. That’s why she strives to connect with her clients, and in turn help them feel comfortable, confident and capable in their financial decisions.

As a Member Relationship Manager Hannah is talented at breaking down super and money concepts so they’re easy to understand. She enjoys working with members of all ages, but she’s especially passionate about helping younger members engage with their finances early on, as she knows just how important their super will be in the future

When she’s not in the office, Hannah’s involved in a wide array of sports, including Oztag, tennis and bushwalking. She likes to keep an eye on how finance is evolving, especially in the startup space.

Reno Baldacchino

Employer Relationship Manager – VIC
Reno brings a wealth of knowledge to his role at CareSuper, with over 19 years’ experience in the finance sector. Prior to working at CareSuper, he spent 11 years at ME as a State Business Development Manager.

Reno is RG146-qualified and passionate about super education. He makes super manageable for employers by providing them with the right resources for their workplace.

Outside of work Reno enjoys cycling and spending time with his young family.

Tyronne Footman

Member Relationship Manager – VIC
With over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Tyronne can help you take care of your super.

For Tyronne, the most rewarding part of working with CareSuper members is helping them build their financial confidence. He aims to help members understand what their current super options could mean for their life after work, and to provide them with the right education and support to help them achieve their goals. He’s especially proud to work with an industry fund like CareSuper.

When he’s not in the office, Tyronne spends his time outdoors, whether that’s playing golf or fishing. He’s also very proud to have recently welcomed his first grandchild.

Rohan Harrington

Member Relationship Manager – VIC
Rohan knows super, having worked in the industry for over 10 years. He has a range of qualifications under his belt including a Bachelor of Business and Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning). He also holds Certified Financial Planner (CFP) qualifications.

For Rohan, nothing’s more rewarding than working with CareSuper members. He’s passionate about helping members engage with their super and finances so they can make the most out of their situation. He welcomes all questions around super, no matter how simple or complex they may be.

When he’s not at work, Rohan can be found training in martial arts, enjoying good music or learning to speak Spanish.

Michael Kim

Employer Relationship Manager – VIC
Michael utilises his qualifications and experience to simplify super for his clients. He cares about empowering employers and members so they can make smart, informed decisions about retirement. Michael is well-versed in finance, having spent the past 20 years in the banking industry. He is RG146-qualified and holds a Diploma of Financial Services.

In his spare time Michael enjoys cooking for family and friends. 

Tara Lombardi

Employer Relationship Manager – VIC
As an Employer Relationship Manager, Tara is dedicated to helping employers make sense of their super arrangements. She knows how important it is each employer receives the right support, which is why she works hard to understand their individual situations and needs.

Tara has completed RG146 training and has over 10 years’ experience in senior account management roles.

Outside of work, Tara enjoys travelling and broadening her linguistic horizons. She’d like to one day travel to Scandinavia and Antarctica.

Sash Mircevski

Member Relationship Manager - VIC
With over ten years’ experience in the financial services industry, Sash is well equipped to help you with your super. Prior to his role at CareSuper, he worked as a financial planner and as an account manager for another industry fund.

As a Member Relationship Manager, Sash is passionate about helping members understand what their super account means for them. He wants his clients to feel empowered to make decisions that could make a real difference in their future, such as through their investment choice or level of insurance cover.

Outside of work, Sash enjoys playing his guitar and staying fit. He also enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially with regular movie nights.

Saud Sahi

Member Relationship Manager - VIC
Saud brings a wealth of knowledge to his work at CareSuper, with over five years’ experience in the financial services industry. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business and a Masters in Professional Accounting.

As a Member Relationship Manager, Saud strives to develop valuable relationships with his clients, and to help them make sense of their options. He firmly believes that superannuation is an important part of every Australian’s life and is passionate about helping members understand what they can do now to achieve a comfortable retirement.

Outside of work, Saud is an avid sports fan. He supports a range of teams, but favours the Essendon Bombers, and also admires Roger Federer.

Clarke Smith

Employer Relationship Manager – VIC
Clarke understands the importance of superannuation in every working Australian’s life.

With his experience and qualifications, Clarke can help take the complexity out of super. He enjoys working with members who take a real interest in their super, irrespective of their stage of life, and strives to ensure they’re getting the most out of their super fund.

He holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and has completed RG146 training.

When he’s not in the office, Clarke spends time with his young family. He is passionate about motorsports and go-kart racing, and is an avid follower of the share market.

Bronwyn Barling

Client Partnership Manager – QLD/NT 
Bronwyn is well-equipped to help you with your super questions, with close to three decades experience in the financial services industry. Prior to her role with CareSuper, she worked as a Business Development Manager at ME Bank and as a Client Relationship Manager at another industry fund. She has completed RG146 training and holds a Diploma in Financial Planning (Superannuation & Retirement).

As a Client Partnership Manager, Bronwyn works hard to make sense of your current super situation and the opportunities available to you. She strives to nurture engagement with super in members, and is there to help employers implement super solutions at a business level.

When she’s not in the office, Bronwyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, or relaxing at Airlie Beach, or ideally a combination of both! She hopes to travel the world in her retirement.

Rachel Dobing

Client Partnership Manager – ACT 
In a past life, Rachel worked as a qualified personal trainer – she is now dedicated to keeping something else fit: your super!

Rachel has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry across both major retail and community banks. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve a retirement free of financial pressure. She works hard to demystify super so that members and employers alike can understand their capabilities and opportunities.      

At home Rachel enjoys cooking, scrapbooking and watching AFL.

Damien Small

Transition Manager 
Damien is well-equipped to assist you with your superannuation needs, having spent over 20 years in the industry. His previous roles include in administration at Mercer, as Fund Accountant at Legal & General, and as a client services manager at another fund. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.

Damien can help employers transition their employees to CareSuper with minimal fuss. He focuses on ensuring employers’ needs are heard and addressed at all steps of the transition process, and has a broad range of knowledge in dealing with different transition situations.  

In his spare time, Damien is a keen reader of both fiction and non-fiction.
