Making a super contribution via BPAY®

Keeping your super active

Boosting your super via BPAY® is the quickest and easiest way to make contributions to your super account.

How to pay via BPAY®

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Have your details handy.
Find your BPAY® member contribution details and tax file number (TFN) via your MemberOnline account or call us on 1300 360 149. (We’ll need your TFN on record before we can accept contributions from you.)
  2. Log in to your online bank and make payment.
Then select BPAY®, enter your details and make your payment — it’s that easy!

You’ll see your transaction via MemberOnline 5–7 days after you make your payment via BPAY®, depending on your bank. (We usually process contributions within 3 days after we receive the funds from your financial institution.)

Finding your BPAY® details

You can find your BPAY® details by logging in to your MemberOnline account and:

  • Scroll down to find Boost your super and click ‘Pay via BPAY®’.
  • Scroll down to Making personal (after-tax) contributions via BPAY®.
  • Under Making personal contributions you’ll find two different BPAY® details unique to you:
    • A member contribution – for contributions you want to make to your own account
    • A spouse contribution – for contributions your spouse wants to make to your account.
