How to keep your cover
Changes to super laws require us to cancel your insurance cover if your account has been inactive for 16 months or more.
Check your current cover details in MemberOnline or by contacting us.
If you still have time to keep your cover
Once you’ve decided your cover is right for your circumstances, you can:
- Make a contribution or roll money into your account to make it active, or
- Complete and return a Keep or cancel cover form.
Make sure you allow plenty of time in case there are any postage or other delays.
If you don’t act now we may write to you again in the future, so you can choose whether to opt in to your cover. We’ll also let you know if your cover has been cancelled.
If your cover has been cancelled due to 16 months of inactivity
You may be able to reinstate your cover if you meet certain conditions. However, in some circumstances your cover could be limited cover and may be less than the cover you held previously.
You can apply for new cover at any time, subject to eligibility.
