Advice over the phone*
As a CareSuper member you have access to financial advice over the phone as part of your membership.

Advice that costs extra
If your concerns are broader than super or your financial situation is more complex, you may benefit from meeting with a planner for comprehensive advice.
Either face-to-face or via Skype, your comprehensive planner will consider your whole financial situation, including any assets you have outside super, your debts and your financial goals.
The fees for comprehensive advice depend on the services you’d like your planner to help you with. We’ll let you know our fees up front during the first appointment and provide a quote for services going forward. If you have over $3,500 in your account, you can nominate to have the fee for super-related advice deducted from your account, up to a maximum of $1,500 per year.

In some circumstances, such as when you need holistic advice or you’re dealing with intricate financial arrangements, your comprehensive planner may recommend complex advice. This is an external service, so you’ll be referred on after meeting with your comprehensive planner.
Complex advice covers topics like:

- Aged care.
