How to manage your pension payments online with the payments hub
In your MemberOnline account you can access and change your pension payment details. All online and in one handy location.
Don’t get us wrong, we love chatting with you. But the Pension Payments Hub offers more online features to make accessing your CareSuper Pension simple
We’ve explained the features available in the Payments Hub and how to access the hub below.
Please note, our Payments Hub isn’t available to members of our Guaranteed Income or Term Allocated Pension products.
In the Payments Hub, you can:
- View and change your drawdown strategy
- View and change your bank account details
- Change your pension payment frequency and amount
- View your recent requests, and
- Make a one-off withdrawal.
A Retirement phase declaration is also available in the Payments Hub for transition to retirement members.
Benefits of self-service
We know being able to access and make changes to your income easily and quickly is important. Our Payments Hub means you’ll spend less time filling out PDF and paper forms and chatting with us over the phone. But don’t worry, we’re still available whenever you have questions or need help with your pension payments. And we’re always up for a chat.
Accessing the Payments Hub
Keen to get started? Pension and transition to retirement members can access the Payments Hub by logging in to MemberOnline and selecting ‘Pension Payment’ from the main menu.
