Making the most of your pension

Your CareSuper pension is likely one of your most valuable assets now and in the future.

Here’s a few ways you can help make the most of your pension, so the rest of your life is the best of your life.

1. Self-serving your pension account through MemberOnline

Being able to access and make changes to your account and payment details is important.

MemberOnline makes it fast and easy to:

  • View your balance, investments and annual statements
  • Use the Pension Payments Hub to change your pension payment frequency and amounts (within the government set limits), and make one-off withdrawals
  • Review and change your drawdown strategy (the investment option(s) your pension payments are deducted from)
  • Update your bank account and contact details, and
  • View your recent requests.

Log in to MemberOnline to manage your pension.

2. Access financial advice to help guide future decisions

We can help you invest your super, manage your income and minimise tax.

Our financial advice offering aligns with our profit-to-members philosophy, meaning our planners don’t receive additional incentives (like commissions) to provide advice.

As a CareSuper member, you have access to pension-related financial advice from our team of dedicated financial planners at no-extra cost.** If you need help beyond super, our planners can help you consider your whole financial situation, including any other assets you have, any debts and your goals.# We can also provide you with complex advice for more intricate financial arrangements.^^
