Leading the way with web accessibility

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve introduced a new accessibility feature on our website, ensuring we’re improving access for members of all abilities. This is another important step toward inclusion and member empowerment.

You’ll find it on most pages of our website (including our Member Online portal). This new accessibility tool allows you to improve your browsing experience by:

  • Increasing or decreasing text size for better readability
  • Adjusting contrast to high contrast or dark mode
  • Enabling screen reader support by changing text to speech
  • Simplifying navigation
  • Highlighting links to make clickable links more visible

And it will remember your settings for next time.

Support in your language

Our new tool also translates our website into over 40 different languages. This means if English is your second language you can still access and understand important information about your super.

How to use the accessibility tool – 3 easy steps

  1. Look for this icon Accessibility icon in the bottom left corner of our website.
  2. Select your language
  3. Explore the accessibility features

Importantly, it doesn’t collect or store your website user data or private information.

This is a first for industry funds and one that we’re proud of – because of our commitment to our members that may need a little more assistance, our website is now more accessible to people with motor impairments, visual impairments or colour-blind, cognitive disabilities, ADHD, Epilepsy, Dyslexia, and more.

Read our Accessibility statement.

Limitations of the accessibility tool

It’s important to note that the tool might not always accurately present, display or translate the content on our website including, but not limited to, PDFs, Product Disclosure Statements (PDSs), forms and calculators. Whilst all care has been taken to ensure an accurate translation of online content, CareSuper is not responsible, nor liable, for any errors in translation, misinterpretation or content presented to you by the tool.
