1. Download the App
Scan the QR code, it takes you straight to the App Store or Google Play.
Head over to the App Store or Google Play to download the app.
2. Login
Use your email and password to log in. You’ll then be asked to set up a pin for quicker access next time.
Heritage CareSuper members, before you login, please make sure you to reset your password first.

To access the CareSuper app, use the email address and password you have previously registered with us to access Member Online. Once your details have been validated, you’ll be prompted to set up a pin.
Care Super members who registered for Member Online before 1 November 2024 will have to reset their password, delete their old app and download the new one.
If you haven’t yet registered for Member Online, simply register here.
Information in the CareSuper mobile app is protected by:
- A 4-digit device PIN which you set up after you enter your email address and password used for Member Online
- Biometric authentication can be enabled on compatible devices to verify your identity
We suggest keeping your log in information secure and changing it regularly. It’s also important to make sure you log out of the app after you finish each session.
If you have an Android device, you can check which version it is running by:
- Going to ‘Settings’
- Selecting the ‘About device’ option
- Checking the number under ‘Android version. The three numbers listed there (e.g. ‘4.04’) indicate which version your phone is running.
If you have an iPhone, you can check which version it is running by:
- Opening the ‘Settings’ app
- Going to the ‘General’ section
- Going to the ‘About’ section
- Scrolling down until you find the row ‘Version’, where the version number will be displayed (e.g. ‘9.3.3’)
You can reset your PIN by clicking ‘Forgot PIN?’ on the app login screen.
You can try to enter your PIN three times. After the third wrong attempt, you’ll be locked out for a short period. You may need to reset your PIN if you’re locked out multiple times. Call us on 1800 005 166 if you’re having trouble, and we’ll be happy to help.
Yes. You can manage your super on your phone using the CareSuper app.
With the CareSuper app, members can log in securely to check their balance, review recent activity, manage investments, access statements, update personal details, check insurance cover, and nominate beneficiaries. The app is designed for quick, convenient account access when you are away from your desktop.

Yes. To use the CareSuper app, you need to be a CareSuper member and be registered for Member Online.
The app uses the same login details as Member Online. If you have not registered yet, you need to register for Member Online first.
To log in to the CareSuper app, use the email address and password you use for Member Online.
After your details are validated, you will be asked to set up a PIN for faster access next time. On compatible devices, you may also be able to enable biometric login.

If you forget your password, select the forgotten password option on the login page and follow the prompts.
If you still cannot access your account, contact CareSuper for help resetting your details.
If you forget your PIN, select “Forgot PIN?” on the PIN screen.
You will be taken back to the login page, where you can log in again with your username or member number and password, then choose a new PIN.
First, check that you are using the registered email address and password.
If needed, reset your password and try again. If you are still having trouble, contact CareSuper for support.
The CareSuper app is available to CareSuper members who are registered for Member Online.
If you are not yet registered, complete your Member Online registration first, then log in to the app using those details.
Yes. You can use the app to update personal details including your address and email.
