What changed?

The changes that apply to you will depend on the type of account you have. Your significant event notice contains the full details relevant to your account(s).

Fees and Costs

We updated information about amounts deducted from reserves and the investment fees and costs and transaction costs for our investment options. These fees change each year to reflect actual costs incurred in the previous financial year, as required by super regulations.

Investments

From 1 October 2026, we adjusted some investment option details, including risk information, asset allocations, and limits within the Direct Investment option (only available in super and Retirement Income accounts).

Insurance

We included information about insurance changes made from 1 April 2026 and clarified wording in the Total and permanent disablement definition in the Group Life Insurance Policy. This applies to our super accounts only.

Beneficiary nominations

From 1 October 2026, we changed some of the circumstances in which a binding beneficiary nomination may become invalid.

Do I need to do anything?

We understand that everyone’s circumstances are different, so please take some time to review these changes and consider whether they affect your account, investment choices, insurance cover and beneficiary nomination to make sure they continue to suit you.

And remember, we’re here to help if you’d like more information.
