Annual Member Meeting 2023–24
On Thursday, 27 February 2025, we’ll hold our Annual Member Meeting (AMM) for the
2023–24 financial year.
Come along and hear directly from your fund leaders about how we’ve performed. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions about our governance, operations and investments.
All CareSuper members are welcome to attend the AMM. You’ll receive an invitation via email or in the post, depending on your communication preferences.

We’re hosting our Annual Member Meeting (AMM) virtually to make it easy for you to attend from around the country.
Agenda
Our Chair of the Board Linda Scott, CEO Jason Murray and Chief Investment Officer Suzanne Branton will discuss:
- Governance — How our Board has managed your fund.
- Fund update — Our recent merger, how we’ve addressed the year’s challenges and made the most of opportunities.
- Investment strategy and update — How we’ve performed over the past financial year.
- Q&A session — We answer any questions you may have.
You can submit your questions for the Q&A session when you register. We’ll do our best to answer your questions during the AMM. If we can’t, we’ll provide a written response with the meeting minutes and a recording of the AMM on this webpage within 30 days of the event. Please note, we can’t respond to questions about your personal circumstances in the AMM due to privacy laws.

- Expenditure details for the 2023–24 financial year for promotion, marketing and sponsorships, payments to industrial bodies and related parties and details of any gifts made to political entities.
We’re required to share important information about the 2023–24 financial year to help you understand your fund. Please note some expenditures may be disclosed in more than one category, so total amounts shouldn’t be seen as wholly separate expenses.
