How to log in to your CareSuper account
Want to log into your CareSuper Member Online account? You’re in the right place.
Member Online is your secure portal where you can view your balance, track contributions, update your details, check your insurance, access statements and manage your super.
If you’ve already accessed Member Online, go straight to the login page and sign in with your member number or email and password.

New to Member Online?
If you’re new to Member Online, you'll need to set your password before you can access your account. Follow these steps to get started
- Go to the Member Online log in page
- Click on Forgot password or Set your password
- Enter your details such as member number or email address. Your email address is the one you signed up with. If you were signed up by your employer, it might be your work email address.
- Click reset password and follow the prompts. You’ll need to follow the reset password process even if you’ve never set a password before.
- Once you’ve set a password, log in to access your Member Online account.
