Background

Katrina has responsibility for member strategy, acquisition, engagement and education, retirement and product. She brings a strong member-first perspective shaped by her experience as a financial planner and senior executive across superannuation and financial services. 

Katrina has more than 20 years’ experience spanning strategy, member growth, communications, advocacy and transformation. Prior to joining CareSuper, she held senior executive roles at Aware Super, including Chief of Staff and Group Executive – Communications & Advocacy.
