Improving your experience with CareSuper
We’ve made two key updates to streamline your interactions:
- Updated Adviser Summaries
Now available, our updated summaries provide clearer, more relevant information to support your client conversations and make managing their super simpler.
- New Adviser Line coming soon
From next month, when you call our contact centre on 1800 005 166, simply press 3 to speak with a consultant for adviser support.
Operational updates
- Retirement income actuals statements
Members with retirement income accounts received their actuals statements in July 2025.
- Annual member statements
These will begin distribution in late September, keeping members informed of their super performance and details of their investment choice, insurance, account balance and transactions.
