How to open an account
Whether you want to set up a CareSuper Pension, Transition to Retirement Strategy or a Guaranteed Income account, opening an account is easy.

How to set up a transition to retirement (TTR) account or a full Pension account
Apply using the Pension application form
Complete the Pension application form and post it back to us with a copy of your certified ID.
Download the application form from the Pension Guide PDS (you’ll find the form at the back of the PDS).
Apply in MemberOnline
If you’re a current CareSuper member you can apply for an account through MemberOnline.
Head to the ‘Retirement planning’ section accessible via the top right-hand corner of the dashboard, and you should see the option to ‘Open an account’. If you need help, call us on 1300 360 149 or request a call back.
How to set up a Guaranteed Income account
The first step is to meet with a CareSuper financial planner so they can help calculate exactly what you need and give you a quote for what payments you can expect from your account.
Once you’ve decided with your planner to open a Guaranteed Income account, they’ll walk you through the next steps and help you submit the application.
