Your client can complete our Authority to access information form or use your own form. If using your own form, remember to provide a certified copy of your client’s ID to support this request and email the completed form to [email protected].
Need access quickly?
Your clients can call 1800 005 166 and advise us that they authorise you to access information on their behalf. Your client will need to provide us with your business name, AFSL and contact information.
We allow you to deduct advice fees directly from your clients’ accounts. Our fee structure ensures transparency and aligns with industry norms. Download our Pay advice fees from your account form or for more information, please contact your Business Development Manager.
