Jessica has more than 25 years of experience across financial services and superannuation, having held senior roles with leading organisations including CareSuper, legalsuper, Rest, AustralianSuper, Mercer and Perpetual. As Senior Manager, Business Development (Advice) at CareSuper, Jessica is responsible for strengthening partnerships across the advice industry and driving sustainable growth through strategic collaboration. She brings deep expertise in business development, strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement, with a strong track record of delivering commercial outcomes and building trusted, long-term relationships that support better outcomes for advisers and members.

Stacey Mitchell

Stacey is passionate about partnering with advice businesses to drive sustainable business growth. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her role at CareSuper, with more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry working in practice development, adviser coaching and compliance roles. Stacey builds positive relationships with advisers, providing them with tailored services so they can deliver excellent professional financial advice — ultimately helping our members achieve their financial goals. Stacey holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services, Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and a Bachelor of Arts.

Gordon McNaught

Gordon McNaught

Gordon’s drive to demonstrate how super can make a difference in the lives of Australians is backed by more than 30 years’ experience in financial services. Over this time Gordon has witnessed a lot of change, which has taught him to maintain a consistent approach and develop tailored solutions for financial adviser and member needs. Prior to joining CareSuper, Gordon was a Senior Consultant (Partner Education) at MLC Life Insurance and in 2018 was part of the contributing team at Asteron Life, which won the AFA Life Company of the Year award for “The Sophisticated Adviser” education program in the Risk Product Innovation category. Gordon’s communication and coaching experience comes in handy, allowing him to take complex concepts and easily explain them in everyday language. He holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services.

With a background as a superannuation adviser and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, he understands the value of advice and how it can shape long-term financial wellbeing. Nick takes a thoughtful and collaborative approach, working closely with advice businesses to explore strategies that lead to better member outcomes. His combination of technical knowledge and real-world experience makes him a trusted partner in navigating the evolving superannuation landscape.

Victoria Smart

Victoria brings more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry to her role, with the last decade focused specifically within super. She’s developed deep expertise in adviser engagement, strategic partnership growth, and supporting financial services businesses to better serve their clients. Her passion lies in helping advisers strengthen their financial literacy and capability so they can deliver exceptional outcomes for their clients. Having previously worked as a financial adviser herself, Victoria has first-hand experience of adviser needs and the real-world challenges they face, enabling her to provide practical insight and genuine support. Victoria holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Science, combining strong technical knowledge with a strategic approach to business development and adviser engagement.

Greg Feneley

Greg Feneley

Greg has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, having spent much of his career with leading superannuation providers in growth and distribution roles. He began his career in Human Resources before moving into relationship management and business development within the superannuation sector. In his current role, Greg manages relationships with key partners, including Australian Financial Services Licensees, research and ratings houses, and other financial services industry bodies. Greg holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. He’s passionate about building long-term relationships and is known for his considered, balanced and collaborative approach.

Marc Alexander

Marc Alexander

Marc has almost 10 years of experience in the superannuation industry, with a strong background across member services, financial education, business development and relationship management. As a Business Development Associate, he works nationally with employers to identify opportunities that help deliver better super outcomes for their people while supporting sustainable growth for the fund. Prior to joining CareSuper, Marc worked at Equip Super, where he provided General Advice to members on contributions, investments, insurance and retirement strategies. He brings expertise in business development, data-driven prospecting and relationship management, underpinned by dual RG146 accreditations and ongoing studies towards a Master of Applied Finance.
