Continuing CareSuper members

1. Check your account details in Member Online

Member Online has been updated. Use your email address or member number to log in. You’ll need to reset your password the first time you log in.

2. Get the new app

  • Delete the old CareSuper app from your phone. It has an icon that looks like this legacy app icon
  • Download the new CareSuper app from Google Play or the App store.

3. Read your transfer (exit) letter and welcome letter

It has all your new account details. Your old Client ID is now your member number. You also have a new account number which you can find in your welcome letter.

4. Give your employer your new fund details

Your employer will need these fund details to make contributions to your CareSuper account.

  • Australian Business Number (ABN) – fund: 74 559 365 913
  • Unique Superannuation Identifier (USI): MTA0100AU

Although we’ve been in touch with employers about our new USI and ABN, it’s a good idea to double-check that your employer has this updated information.

5. Set up your after-tax contributions

If you previously made after-tax contributions using BPAY or direct debit, you need to set them up again. Your new BPAY details are in your welcome letter.
Note, we won’t be accepting direct debit contributions after 22 October 2024.

6. Read your SEN (Significant event notice)

And if you’re keen for a deep dive, your SEN has all the details about the changes to your account.
