Your 2019 annual statement update

We’ll be sending annual statements for the 2018/19 financial year from November onwards.

It’s been a big year

We’ve implemented some significant insurance changes and partnered with our new administration services provider, so this year we’ve allowed extra time to prepare your 2018/19 statement.

Your latest details are available online

While you’re waiting to receive your statement, log in to MemberOnline for your latest account information.

You’ll see:

  • Your daily account balance
  • All your transactions in the ‘Account activity’ section
  • How your super is invested in the ‘Investments’ section. Your investment earnings are now allocated to your account daily, so your account balance changes in line with our latest returns every business day
  • Your insurance details in the ‘Insurance information’ section.

You can also track our investment returns on our website and find out how we performed in 2018/19.
