Upcoming changes for employers

An enhanced super experience is coming

We’re always focused on delivering a positive experience and improving our services. So, at the end of March we’ll be transitioning our administration services to a new provider – Mercer Australia.

What it means for you

Our processes will become more streamlined, allowing us to more quickly and easily meet your needs.

We’ll also be keeping you up-to-date with more timely communications, and maintaining the same great customer service.

What's changing

The transition to Mercer will result in some system enhancements for employers, including the introduction of QuickSuper* – a simplified clearing house solution for super contributions.

QuickSuper will help you:

  • Make contributions for all of your employees in the one place (regardless of their super fund)
  • Upload a payroll file or manually enter your employees’ contribution details
  • Use EFT or direct credit to make your contribution payments
  • Contribute on behalf of multiple businesses at the same time.

What you need to do

If you’re already a CareSuper employer:

The introduction of QuickSuper also means the EmployerOnline portal (including SCH-Online) will close on 22 March 2019. If you use EmployerOnline for record keeping and need any historical data (like contribution files), make sure you log in and download it before it closes on 22 March 2019, so you can keep a copy of the information. You will also need to register for the new QuickSuper portal. We will be in touch with instructions on how to register in the coming weeks.

If you’d like to join CareSuper:

You can join CareSuper by heading to our registration page and following the prompts. You’ll be up and running in no time at all.
