Upcoming changes for employers

Upcoming changes for employers

EmployerOnline and SCH-Online are closing.
Register now for QuickSuper.

At the end of March 2019, we’ll be transitioning our administration services to a new provider – Mercer Australia.

What's changing

The transition to Mercer will result in the introduction of QuickSuper* – a simplified clearing house solution for super contributions that will replace SCH-Online and EmployerOnline.

SCH-Online and EmployerOnline will close on 26 March and you can now register for QuickSuper to start making payments.

If you use either portal for record-keeping and need any historical data (like contribution files), make sure you log in and download it before it closes, so you can keep a copy of the information.

What you need to do

If you use EmployerOnline or SCH-Online to make super payments with CareSuper, then you can register for QuickSuper to continue making contributions. To register, call us on 1300 050 101.

What we need in order to create your QuickSuper account

To create your QuickSuper account we’ll need the following information:

  • A valid ABN
  • A valid email address
  • An Australian business address.

Not sure if you have these registered with us? Give us a call us on 1300 050 101.

The benefits of QuickSuper:

  • Make contributions for all of your employees in the one place (regardless of their super fund)
  • Upload a payroll file or manually enter your employees’ contribution details
  • Use EFT or direct credit to make your contribution payments
  • Contribute on behalf of multiple businesses at the same time.

And the good news is, our ABN, USI and all of our other identifying numbers will remain the same when we move to QuickSuper.
