Exit statements and welcome communication
Members will receive an exit statement from CareSuper and a welcome communication introducing them to the new Fund. Your clients will receive a letter or email depending on their communication preferences.
Our welcome communications include:
- An account snapshot (balance, member number and insurance information)
- New BPAY details
- Log in instructions for Member Online
- Information on the new CareSuper app
