Directory Property - This option is invested in 100% growth assets.

Investment objectives

  • To achieve returns after tax and fees that exceed increases in the inflation rate (as measured by the CPI) by at least 4% p.a. over rolling five-year periods
  • Over shorter periods, to outperform the return of the Australian direct property market (as measured by the Mercer Australian Unlisted Property Index [pre-tax])
  • To achieve positive returns after fees and taxes in at least eight out of ten financial years
