Financial planning

As a participating employer of CareSuper, you and your employees have access to financial advice through Industry Funds Financial Planning (IFFP). You can access personal advice relating to specific financial matter, including investment choice, insurance, tax, retirement and estate planning, or any other financial matter.

For groups of 20 or more employees, we encourage you to host a workplace financial planning seminar. This service is free. The seminars are designed to provide your employees with the tools they need to successfully plan for their financial future, by giving your employees an insight into how their super fits with their other assets, and how much they will need to provide for the lifestyle they want in retirement. This is a practical and independent resource that looks at the whole picture. Advantages of providing this service to your employees include: 

• Your organisation will be viewed as looking after its employees' future needs, as well as their immediate needs. 
• The seminars can be held at a time and place that is convenient to you - during or after work hours. 
• It will assist your organisation's quest to become an employer of choice 

Each seminar will be introduced by CareSuper, with the main body of the presentation being delivered by a licensed financial planner from Industry Funds Financial Planning, an independent organisation which does not operate on a commission basis.
