CareSuper believes in providing personalised service and understanding the expectations of employers. As a participating employer with CareSuper you are assigned a dedicated Client Partnership Manager (CPM).


Your CPM provides high level support for you, to ensure that you and your employees are kept up to date on all matters relating to superannuation and any new developments that CareSuper has introduced. Our aim is to remove the burden from you, so that you can concentrate on running your business. Importantly, your CPM is also responsible for making sure that the payment process is efficient and user friendly. Your CPM can also assist with the promotion of superannuation as a valuable employee benefit, by conducting education sessions for your employees at your workplace.
