Our people

CareSuper Pty Ltd is the Trustee of CareSuper.

Its Board is made up of equal numbers of Directors representative of employers and members and one independent Director.

Our board

The Trustee Board is responsible for ensuring CareSuper is managed properly and in the best interests of all members. The Board consists of four Directors representing members, four Directors representing employers and one Independent Director.

Executives

The CareSuper Board has appointed an executive group who manage the day to day operations of CareSuper.

Service staff

CareSuper employs a team of dedicated service staff to provide employers and members with support and customer service on all superannuation matters. The service staff are divided into two roles, Business Development Managers and Client Partnership Managers.

Financial planning team

CareSuper provides a range of subsidised financial planning services to members through our relationship with Industry Funds Financial Planning – so you can maximise financial opportunities and minimise tax using advice from a source you trust. The service includes free super-related advice by phone and more complex advice face-to-face in CareSuper offices.

Specialists

A team of specialists in the areas of marketing and communications, compliance and administration provides CareSuper with technical skills and expertise in these areas.
